About The Position

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Integrated Logistics Support Manager to join its team in Chesapeake, Virginia. This onsite role supports defense projects and requires knowledge of marine propulsion systems, including inboard and outboard motors. The manager develops and executes Integrated Product Support strategies and Integrated Logistics Support plans across all system phases, oversees logistics and technical support activities, manages multiple direct reports, and prepares reports as required or directed. An active Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of experience.
Experience with technical manual development and delivery.
Experience creating integrated schedules or plans.
Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Leadership or management experience within the Department of Defense.
Familiarity with military standards, configuration data management (CDMD-V/OA), and lifecycle cost tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Integrated Product Support strategies and Integrated Logistics Support plans across all system phases.
Manage spares provisioning, inventory accuracy, initial outfitting, and asset tracking.
Mitigate hardware risks using Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).
Oversee technical data packages, technical manuals, training curricula, and maintenance requirement cards.
Manage multiple direct reports in the performance of their duties.
Develop and submit reports as required or directed.
Apply knowledge of marine propulsion systems, including inboard and outboard motors.
