About The Position

As the Integrated Logistics Manager - Level 5, you will manage the identification of customer's system needs and respond to requests for proposals; perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc. You will develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepare and present technical product information to customers.

Requirements

Holds a Bachelor's degree in STEM, Logistics, engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Holds demonstrated experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), sustainment, lifecycle management, or related logistics disciplines supporting complex programs.
Experience developing and implementing ILS elements, including systems integration, provisioning, technical data, training, supply support, and product support strategies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers) to resolve logistics and sustainment challenges and meet program objectives.
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs and familiarity with applicable logistics standards, military specifications, and sustainment requirements.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Experience with F-35 aircraft platform
Experience with Block IV F-35 aircraft

Responsibilities

Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Overseeing post-installation and implementation responsibilities including technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.
