Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three or more years of prior experience in program coordination required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills required.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and service skills to include advanced computer and software use.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and data management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and federal and state leave programs.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience in HR operations, leave administration, accommodations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with HR systems, case management tools, project management tools and document management platforms (e.g., HRIS, SharePoint, ticketing systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration of leave of absence, ergonomics, workers’ compensation, and workplace accommodation programs.
• Provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations.
• Serves as a key resource for maintaining records, tracking workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives related to employee leave and accommodation programs.
• The Coordinator duties involve exposure to confidential and sensitive information requiring considerable use of discretion.
