The Opportunity: Join our Global Ecosystem Insights (EI) team shaping Roche's Pharma strategy through market, customer, and patient centric insights. This team functions as internal consultants and strategists, partnering with commercial and cross-functional leaders, integrating data to activate insights-driven problem solving with foresight, in a way that the business can implement, in order to unlock value end to end across the healthcare ecosystem and improve patient outcomes. The Integrated Insights Lead (iIL) will provide strategic thought leadership in a specific Disease Area (DA) or other assigned business area and act as the global insights and forecasting thought partner to senior leaders in GPS, Product Development and Research and Development. Influence global disease area, individual asset and commercialization strategies. Drive and influence business decisions and trade-offs by integrating and analyzing complex market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape, integrating insights end to end, from in-market brands to early development strategy to deliver value to patients, society and Roche. Lead market and customer centric insights in a specific disease area and embedding the voice of the customer (patients, healthcare professionals, and other key partners) in all strategies. Provide market valuations, product/portfolio forecasts, periodic situation analysis to inform portfolio performance and evolution, design and execution of the annual insights plan and performance tracking. Integrate data across multiple sources, including but not limited to primary and secondary research, CRM data, epi data, real world evidence and other internal data sources to understand and predict market evolution, customer attitudes, needs, behaviors and perceptions. Effectively plan, organize, and oversee insights and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they address the business questions, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Set clear objectives and track progress, driving efficient execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with other cross functional teams such as R&D, Product Development, Medical Affairs and with critical must win markets on key projects and deliverables, with clear communication, managing expectations and adapting to changing priorities. Ensures accountability across all partners to achieve desired outcomes. Catalyze and accelerate insights generation activities across key partners maximum impact. Manage and develop external insights agency partners: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with premier insights agencies that specialize in the following (including but not limited to): customer and market insights, demand estimation, positioning, segmentation, communication experience, message testing and performance tracking, using innovative tools and techniques including AI as relevant. Knowledge management: Maintain knowledge continuity through leading knowledge management practices, in accordance with internal guidance and compliance.
