About The Position

The Global Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) function is a high-impact role at Dexcom, responsible for shaping evidence strategy throughout the product lifecycle. The IEP team collaborates cross-functionally to understand stakeholder needs, analyze the competitive landscape, and develop integrated evidence plans that support Dexcom's mission of improving lives through innovative diabetes care. As an IEP Specialist, you will be instrumental in translating complex business priorities into actionable evidence strategies that inform enterprise decision-making. You will work with clinical, commercial, and access teams to ensure evidence plans are comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with global objectives. Requirements

  • Ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and influence project teams to deliver useful and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare experience (payer, provider, or medtech industry).
  • Proficiency in written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize work to help teams close out project objectives on time.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Exposure to evidence generation through experiences such as clinical research, health economics, or data science.
  • Ability to efficiently interpret and synthesize findings from scientific literature.
  • Experience partnering with global, cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges and drive strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IEP Directors to lead cross-functional workgroups, identifying business objectives, stakeholder needs, and the competitive landscape to create strategic integrated evidence plans.
  • Create and implement project plans, ensuring IEP deliverables are completed on time, at goal standard, and within budget.
  • Help lead global projects and teams, building and maintaining trust by delivering timely, quality results and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate plan progress, adjustments, and corrections to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Synthesize inputs from global stakeholders into clear, approachable problems to solve.
  • Solve problems where the path forward is ambiguous and cross-functional.
  • Maintain workflow tools that integrate business priorities and scientific evidence to identify gaps.
