About The Position

AMD is accelerating its position in AI and data center computing through the Instinct™ GPU portfolio. As Integrated Campaign Manager, AI GPU (Instinct), you will serve as the central hub for global campaign execution, connecting business unit priorities to integrated, multi-channel marketing activations. This is a hands-on campaign management role responsible for bringing campaigns to life from brief through launch. You will partner closely with business unit stakeholders, product and segment marketing, and regional teams to align on objectives, audiences and messaging, then translate that into clear campaign plans, creative briefs and coordinated execution across teams. You will act as the primary liaison across creative, media, digital and ABX teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy and with consistency across all touchpoints. This role requires strong operational rigor, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dedicated program management support. A key focus of this role is driving awareness and consideration for Instinct GPUs within the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, including hyperscalers, neocloud providers and AI-native startups. Familiarity with this space is critical to ensure AMD shows up authentically, with messaging that resonates and reflects how these audiences build and deploy AI. You are an organized, detail-oriented campaign manager who thrives in complex, matrixed environments. You know how to take a campaign from concept to launch by aligning stakeholders, building clear plans and keeping execution on track. You are comfortable acting as the connective tissue across teams, translating business needs into actionable briefs, coordinating timelines and ensuring all contributors are aligned. You bring a strong sense of ownership, proactively managing dependencies, deadlines and deliverables. You also bring an understanding of the AI startup and neocloud ecosystem, with the ability to recognize how messaging, tone and channels differ for these audiences. You ensure campaigns feel credible, relevant and grounded in how modern AI companies operate.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrated campaign management, preferably in B2B or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience executing global, multi-channel campaigns with clear ownership of timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud, data center or GPU markets; experience working with AI startups or neocloud providers strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive execution in highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience developing creative briefs and working closely with internal or external creative teams and agencies
  • Understanding of media planning, channel strategy and performance marketing fundamentals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for global Instinct GPU campaigns, aligning stakeholders across business unit, marketing and regional teams
  • Translate business objectives and product priorities into clear campaign plans, including goals, target audiences, messaging frameworks and timelines
  • Author and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, audience insights and messaging before execution begins
  • Coordinate closely with creative teams and agencies to develop campaign assets that are consistent, high-quality and on strategy
  • Partner with media teams to inform channel strategy and channel mix across paid, owned and earned activations
  • Work with ABX teams to ensure target account lists, segmentation and activation strategies align to campaign goals
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution across digital, content, social, partner and field marketing teams
  • Manage timelines, workflows and dependencies across multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery without dedicated program management support
  • Oversee external agencies as needed, ensuring deliverables meet expectations for quality, messaging and timing
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and tone across all touchpoints, particularly for AI-native audiences such as startups and neocloud providers
  • Support global-to-regional campaign rollout, enabling localization while maintaining campaign integrity
  • Track campaign performance in partnership with analytics teams, and apply insights to optimize future activations
