Requirements

  • An experienced Campaign Marketer with at least 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns
  • A master storyteller who knows how to drive emotion while tying all results to the company’s bottom line
  • A test-and-learn strategist who believes marketing is about continually challenging the status quo
  • A team player who can coach and inspire colleagues as well as roll up their sleeves and support their peers across all levels, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A data-driven scientist who can leverage data to make decisions quickly, and isn’t afraid to fail forward
  • A customer-obsessed practitioner who knows that all decisions must point to what our customers care about, what their experience looks like, and how we will better support them in their journey to find a solution

Nice To Haves

  • Success stories (pun intended) on how you effectively managed integrated campaigns with compelling layers of storytelling
  • A history of international collaboration, or managing Global Campaigns in prior positions
  • Early adoption of an Agentic AI approach to marketing/campaign development
  • Previous experience in a PLG SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Own and launch high-impact campaigns across paid, social, content, partnerships, and events—creating cohesive experiences that drive awareness and growth globally.
  • Turn vision into execution by building integrated campaign roadmaps that unlock high-value content and storytelling opportunities.
  • Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new narratives, innovative formats, and smarter ways to measure success.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies that connect with real audience needs—spanning ABM, large-scale campaigns, and performance-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life seamlessly, working closely with global, co-marketing, paid media, and project management partners.
  • Adapt campaigns for global impact by partnering with regional teams to ensure relevance across markets and cultures.
  • Leverage performance insights by tracking key metrics like conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV—and using them to guide smarter decisions.
  • Communicate progress and wins clearly to stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and energized around campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving iterative enhancements with cross-functional teams.
