Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Current Rhode Island licensure or license eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience providing behavioral health assessment, counseling, and treatment planning
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling services to patients experiencing behavioral health and substance use concerns.
- Works closely with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care team to support positive patient outcomes.
