Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling (including clinical mental health counseling), or a closely related behavioral health field
  • Active Washington State Department of Health behavioral health licensure, including LMHC, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope of practice
  • Experience working in a medical setting
  • Telehealth service delivery and EHR documentation experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment planning and brief therapeutic interventions for primary care patients
  • Deliver care in both in person and virtual settings using evidence based approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical consultation or education as needed
