Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling (including clinical mental health counseling), or a closely related behavioral health field
Active Washington State Department of Health behavioral health licensure, including LMHC, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA

Nice To Haves

Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope of practice
Experience working in a medical setting
Telehealth service delivery and EHR documentation experience

Responsibilities

Provide treatment planning and brief therapeutic interventions for primary care patients
Deliver care in both in person and virtual settings using evidence based approaches
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical consultation or education as needed
