About The Position

As a 1st Shift Mechanical Technician at Reviva, you will be a key contributor to our engine remanufacturing excellence. In this hands-on role, you will work within a supportive team to disassemble and prepare core diesel engine components. Based at our Fridley, MN headquarters, you’ll utilize precision tools and hoists to ensure our remanufacturing process starts with the highest quality standards. 1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM Pay: Starting at $20-21/hr

Requirements

1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., impact wrenches, drills, torque guns).
Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 70lbs.
Strong communication skills and a "Right the First Time" quality mindset.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with diesel engine teardown or assembly.

Responsibilities

Perform full teardowns of complex diesel engines using impact wrenches, air chisels, and specialized hand tools according to established SOPs.
Operate overhead hoists, lifts, and carts to transport heavy engine components to cleaning stations while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Execute meticulous inspections during disassembly to identify and document core component integrity.
Partner with fellow technicians to optimize production flow and consistently meet daily output goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S and safety regulations.
