About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intake Supervisor to oversee our client intake team. The Intake Supervisor will ensure that prospective clients receive exceptional service, calls and inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, and the team meets or exceeds performance goals. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and operational oversight, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a law firm, call center, or client services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clients and staff empathetically and professionally.
  • Comfort working with call center technology, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the intake department, including scheduling, call management, and workload distribution.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate intake specialists to deliver best-in-class client service.
  • Monitor KPIs such as call response time, conversion rates, and quality assurance scores.
  • Provide regular training and feedback to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine intake processes, scripts, and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, client trends, and departmental needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in client communications.
