About The Position

We're Seeking an Intake Supervisor - Join our Mission to Transform Families Lives! Location: Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway) Schedule: Full-Time Role Type: Hybrid - full-time in-office during the initial 90-day training period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance. Reports to: Director of Intake and Admissions About Behavioral Innovations: For over 25 years, Behavioral Innovations (BI) has been transforming lives by providing compassionate, individualized, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, and MD - and expansion into 4 additional states within the next 18 months - we’re experiencing significant growth and doubling in size. This is an exciting time to join BI and be part of our next phase of nationwide expansion. We are clinically focused, operationally sound, and intentional about building teams that can scale without losing quality. This role sits at the center of that mission. Your Role & What You'll Do: As an Intake Supervisor, you will lead a team of Client Intake Advocates, coaching and mentoring them to excel in performance, communication, and operational excellence. You’ll combine your leadership skills with a results-driven mindset to ensure KPIs - like assessments scheduled, call activity, and admit-to-budget alignment - are consistently met. You’ll also foster a positive, collaborative culture that motivates your team to achieve and grow.

Requirements

  • Sales-Driven Leadership: You understand how to coach behavior, drive results, and consistently meet metrics.
  • Hybrid/Remote Management Experience: You know how to engage, hold accountable, and inspire teams in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Metrics-Focused: You’re comfortable tracking KPIs, coaching to data, and holding team members accountable for results.
  • High energy, optimism, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
  • Adaptable, confident under pressure, and committed to growth - for yourself and your team.
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a clinical, intake, call center, or sales environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume call handling, client intake, or sales conversions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Intake Advocates through regular coaching, 1:1s, and skill-building sessions.
  • Drive team performance against key metrics, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to refine intake processes, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless family experience.
  • Manage escalations and provide real-time coaching during intake calls, promoting confidence and professionalism.
  • Build a motivated, high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
