This is a management position responsible for planning, directing, and supervising intake care coordination as established under the OhioRISE CME Manual. Services are coordinated with both internal and external providers as appropriate. This position is responsible for the supervision of staff as assigned and follows all policies/procedures set forth by the program, agency, Aetna policy. This position provides services to clients as needed.

Requirements

  • At least three years' experience in a clinical position which includes behavioral health experience is required.
  • Previous Supervisory experience is required.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • CPI certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Strong knowledge of mental illness and chronic physical health conditions in individuals with serious mental illness
  • Working knowledge of substance abuse issues and recovery principles
  • Understanding of mental health and substance abuse laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends/holidays) and travel between multiple locations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in social work or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for assigned staff.
  • Oversee hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, productivity, and staff coverage needs.
  • Ensure quality clinical operations, timely documentation, and compliance with agency standards.
  • Maintain program compliance with ODM, Aetna, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor referrals, member eligibility, reporting, and program performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Aetna, community agencies, and referral sources.
  • Stay current on policies, licensure, training requirements, and communicate updates to staff.
