About The Position

Windsor laurelwood is seeking an Intake Supervisor 3pm - 11pm Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, located in Northeast Ohio, specializes in psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The facility provides a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient programs to meet patient’s individual needs. Assessment and referral service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We are looking for an Intake Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Under the direction of the Director of Admissions Department, the Supervisor assures smooth and orderly processes are followed for responding to Intake calls, referrals, and admission into the hospital. Additionally is responsible for assisting in management of the department, providing supervision for Intake Staff, crisis intervention, and responding to referrals appropriately. This position interfaces closely with both internal hospital staff, facility physicians, as well as referring hospitals, patients, families, and community referral sources. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years direct clinical experience, preferable in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
  • R.N., L.C.S.W., L.M.S.W., LPC or applicable license required.
