About The Position

Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes trial firm tackling some of society's most critical issues. We are growing rapidly and looking for team members who want to help us build our future. We currently have openings for Intake Specialists. This role involves connecting with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails, taking accurate and detailed notes, handling calls with empathy and compassion, and organizing information using CRM software. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills, strong attention to detail, great people skills, be tech-savvy, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Overtime may be required.
