Join a 20+ person intake team at a boutique employment law firm that's recovered millions for workers across California and Washington. As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for employees fighting wage theft and workplace violations—conducting interviews, managing case documentation, and learning the full lifecycle of class action litigation. This isn't a typical entry-level law firm role. You'll work directly with attorneys, build a working understanding of wage-and-hour and employment law concepts as they apply to intake and investigations across diverse industries. With training, guidance and ongoing support from experienced intake team members and attorneys, you'll build a foundation for career growth within the firm. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities: Conduct phone intakes with potential clients and class members across various industries. Handle inbound calls and provide case updates Process and submit case-related documents Process mail, retainers, and authorization forms Request and process records Organize intake documentation, maintain case files, and coordinate with attorneys on client communications What Success Looks Like: You're detail-oriented, technically proficient, and can juggle multiple systems and processes simultaneously. You ask clarifying questions, adapt quickly to new procedures, and work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
