This role is for attorneys who have already proven themselves in California employment law defence. Our client is a selective, litigation-driven firm expanding its employment practice. They are not training, transitioning, or tolerating résumé inflation. You must have 8+ years of employer-side employment law , recent litigation experience , real PAGA matters you can defend line-by-line , and wage & hour audit experience . Plaintiff-side backgrounds, career pivots, or dated experience will not clear review. You will own PAGA and employment defence litigation end-to-end , advise sophisticated employer clients, and operate with autonomy in a fully remote, California-based role. Billables are sane (~150/month). Caseloads are controlled. Compensation reflects seniority and impact, not titles. Writing sample required.
