Our Intake Specialist oversees all functions related to the intake of new clients in our mental health / addiction services programs. This includes the responsibility to engage incoming clients through phone calls, recording their personal details, gathering medical histories, and obtaining applicable health insurance information. A successful Intake Specialist will be highly organized, detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for great customer service. The new team member we seek will have insurance verification / billing experience. Being bi-lingual would be a PLUS! While our Client Intake Specialist will work remotely from an established home office, there is an expectation for quarterly team meeting attendance at our Grand Rapids-based offices.
