About The Position

Hupy and Abraham, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a professional and motivated Intake Specialist for the Green Bay office. The Intake Specialist is responsible for screening potential new client calls and completing the intake process.

Requirements

High School Diploma with 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
Experience working at a law firm preferred.
Must be able to be to travel locally using own vehicle as needed.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
Occasional evening on-call shifts may be required.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
Computer experience should include intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

Screening potential new client calls
Explaining the Firm’s services and how they would benefit the potential new client
Gathering facts from potential clients and entering them into the Firm’s case management software
Uploading documents and entering status updates for referrals
Conducting electronic, phone, mail, or video signups with clients during initial contact
Assigning new potential client to Investigator for field sign up upon request
Managing signup and intake paperwork which consists of tasks such as tracking intake packages, gathering missing documents and uploading information
Reporting monthly statistics to Supervisor and Director of Operations
Other duties and projects as assigned
