Requirements

An exceptional communicator
Naturally empathetic and a great listener
Confident building relationships and overcoming objections

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in customer service, sales, call centers, or legal intake (preferred)
Personal injury experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.

Accurately documenting information in our case management system
Scheduling attorney consultations when appropriate
