Job Description: Join us as an Intake Specialist supporting a growing divorce law practice focused on helping individuals navigate important life transitions with clarity and care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through their initial inquiry and ensuring they receive timely, professional, and empathetic support. Your work will play a critical role in helping the legal team connect with new clients while ensuring every lead is handled efficiently and thoughtfully. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is motivated by helping others during challenging moments. Candidates who are proactive, detail oriented, and energized by meaningful conversations will excel in this role.

Requirements

  • The Intake Specialist will focus on responding quickly to incoming leads, conducting intake calls, and guiding potential clients through the first stage of the hiring process.
  • Candidates should be comfortable speaking with potential clients, explaining next steps, and maintaining consistent follow up through calls, emails, and text messages.
  • This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, manage multiple conversations, and ensure every lead receives prompt attention.
  • Experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or legal intake preferred
  • Experience working with U.S. based clients is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or law firm environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicate updates and relevant information to the attorney and team when needed
  • Send representation agreements to qualified leads
  • Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, text messages, and emails
  • Guide potential clients through the intake process and determine the type of representation that may best fit their needs
  • Support the law firm’s efforts to convert leads into new clients
  • Ensure all new inquiries are handled quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads from marketing channels and lead systems
  • Handle initial intake calls with potential clients seeking legal representation
