About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join our Labor and Employment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and excellent communication skills. This role is crucial for managing initial client interactions and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Intake Specialist experience in a law firm (mandatory)
• Bilingual – English/Spanish fluency (mandatory)
• Good Communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to adapt
• Computer literate (Office 365, Adobe, Windows OS)

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Employment Law (strong preference)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client interviews to gather information.
