Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• A compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.

Nice To Haves

• An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services settings is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Clients: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage Client Data: Accurately enter and maintain confidential client information in our systems, adhering to all compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate Services: Communicate and collaborate with various teams to initiate services for prospective clients.
• Provide Support: Address client inquiries with empathy and provide accurate information to assist them effectively.
