About the Role Specific job responsibilities include: Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s, and safety requirements Comply with IRhythm’s policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within Perform good recycling practices Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information) Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm’s proprietary software tools Ability to meet deadlines/goals/objectives Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement Support problem-solving small group activities

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum three months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment, preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexibility in work assignments

Responsibilities
