About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven Intake Director to lead our intake operations and client acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization where you'll partner directly with the Founding Partners and executive leadership, working with real-time data to identify opportunities and optimize every stage of the intake operation — from lead response times and conversion metrics to coaching, staffing, reporting, and technology. This position is hybrid, based out of the firm's Burbank, CA headquarters.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience building and scaling legal intake organizations.
Track record leading high-volume intake or client acquisition teams.
Experience managing large and growing teams.
Proven ability to improve conversion through coaching and accountability.
Experience implementing KPIs that meaningfully changed team performance.
Hands-on experience optimizing CRMs, dialers, and intake workflows.
History of creating operational excellence in fast-paced legal environments.

Responsibilities

Build scalable operating systems that support the firm's continued growth.
Optimize CRM workflows and dialing technology to streamline the intake process.
Create KPIs and reporting structures that drive data-informed decisions.
Improve lead response times and conversion rates across the intake funnel.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of intake professionals responsible for converting inbound inquiries into signed clients.
Drive accountability through consistent coaching and performance management.
Partner closely with the Founding Partners and executive leadership to shape the firm's client acquisition strategy.
Scale the intake organization, processes, and systems to support the firm's next phase of growth.
