Intake Coordinator, LPN, Days
About The Position
Ethan Crossing of Springfield is currently seeking experienced intake coordinators to work in a residential treatment center for Substance Use Disorders (SUD), providing care and treatment to clients. Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred. Our overall mission is to Inspire Hope, Restore Peace of Mind and Heal Lives. Requirements

- BS/BA in a Behavioral Health field
- Basic computer literacy, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred.
- Experience with use of a multi-line phone system.
- Experience in SUD assessment and/or treatment.
- At least one (1) year of previous experience in a residential treatment center for substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating high volume of inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, assessment, and admissions.
- Conducting interviews and assess for appropriate levels of care.
- Updating bed boards, assessment boards, and other information stations.
- Verifying insurance.
