About The Position
Ensures the Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patients receive timely follow-up on their diagnosis. Must have experience working with patient referrals, verifying insurance and coverage.
Requirements
- Experience with the intake process and procedures
- Experience in verifying insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hospice and/or healthcare
- EMR experience
