About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative, referred to internally as an Intake Coordinator (IC), is a mission-critical role directly impacting REE Medical’s growth and client success. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, ICs are responsible for responding to leads, conducting high-quality client consultations, and converting qualified prospects into customers through a compliant, empathetic, and professional sales process. Intake Coordinators manage a high-volume lead pipeline, conduct frequent outbound and inbound calls, assess disability conditions and symptom progression, and guide clients through the decision-making process. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple clients each day in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with phone-based work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage outreach to warm inbound leads while monitoring inbound call queues.
  • Actively manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up, accurate qualification, and consistent progression of prospects through the sales process.
  • Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Present REE Medical’s services and value proposition clearly and compliantly.
  • Conduct accurate evaluations of disability severity using REE tools.
  • Address objections while maintaining urgency.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoice processing
  • Participate in coaching and training activities.
