Intake Coordinator, Nights (7p-7a)
About The Position
New Vista Health and Wellness is currently recruiting Intake Coordinators to work for Blue Ridge Vista, a premier behavioral health hospital located in Cincinnati, OH. These are night shift positions working 7 pm - 7 am. The Intake Coordinator facilitates the hospital admissions process. This includes: Effectively utilize all department specific computer and telephone systems. Follow all policies and procedures associated with the Intake department. Provide clerical support to the department including scanning, filing, and chart preparation for scheduled admissions. May perform patient call backs, take inbound phone calls, collect all pertinent data, and perform pre-registration and insurance eligibility functions. Document all call activities.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Prior authorization experience preferred.
