Requirements
- RN or LPN Required
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare intake, referrals, scheduling, or insurance verification
- Home health or Medicare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process and enter incoming referrals accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and document confirmations
- Coordinate Start of Care with clinical and scheduling teams
- Obtain physician orders and required documentation
- Follow up on missing referral information
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
