About The Position

As an Intake Coordinator at Living Hope Home Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for managing patient intake processes, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in medical administrative support or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in EMR/EHR systems; familiarity with Epic or Meditech is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation review processes.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient information privacy.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
