As the first point of contact for our customers, the Intake Coordinator must consistently demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and professional demeanor. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission of delivering exceptional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, advanced computer skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

5+ years of Customer Service experience.
2+ years of Comprehensive Computer skills, Microsoft office and outlook
5+ year of Data Entry experience.
1+ year of High-volume phone experience.
