Requirements

Licensed attorney, or law graduate awaiting bar admission, who is eager to expand legal knowledge.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Genuine passion for helping injured workers.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients, conduct intake appointments, and help them understand their legal rights.
Clearly communicate the firm’s value, process, and approach to client service.
Assign new matters to experienced attorneys and ensure a smooth handoff.
Perform legal research and assist with case preparation.
Attend depositions with current clients.
Cover hearings for case-carrying attorneys.
Draft correspondence and legal pleadings.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
Attend marketing and networking events to help grow the firm’s presence.
Demonstrate the firm’s core values: Grow or Die, Humbly Confident, Positive, Care for One Another, and Self-Starter.
