Requirements
- Prior dental office experience is preferred
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology and workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Responsibilities
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Reviewing coverage details, frequencies, limitations, and breakdowns
- Communicating financial expectations clearly and compassionately
- Supporting scheduling and treatment planning teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and insurance information
- Helping create a smooth, efficient patient experience across the practice
