Insurance Telemarketer (Full Time)
About The Position
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our insurance sales team as Telemarketers. In this role, you will contact potential clients, introduce insurance products, and schedule appointments for licensed agents. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. And that's just the beginning. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally

- Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
