About The Position
The Insurance Team Lead will lead a group of similar employees from a specific product line within Huntington Insurance. This position will gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as leadership skills develop under the guidance of a Section Manager. The role is available in any corporate footprint location.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- P&C Insurance License
- Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Effective at multi-tasking
- Proven track-record of meeting production goals
Responsibilities
- Lead colleagues in Service Excellence.

- Ensure operational efficiencies within the group.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
