Insurance Software Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Insurance Software Developer with strong Guidewire expertise to develop, customize, and integrate PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Guidewire Cloud solutions. The role includes hands-on work with Gosu development, Guidewire integrations, product model configuration, and Guidewire Cloud upgrades. This is a full-time, direct W-2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The stated salary range is $100,000–$150,000 per year. Candidates eligible to apply include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Guidewire development experience.
- Strong expertise in Gosu programming and the Guidewire data model.
- Experience customizing PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations and Guidewire Cloud.
- Strong SQL, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- At least 6 years of experience is stated in the job overview.
Nice To Haves
- Guidewire ACE Certification.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades.
- Knowledge of DataHub, InfoCenter, or Digital Portals.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience.
