Requirements
- Customer service mindset
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented personality
- Great attitude and excitement for joining a growing company
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license (expenses paid by Vizance)
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and requests by phone and email.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, and process necessary updates or changes.
- Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork.
- Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized client information.
- Other duties as assigned!
