About The Position

As an Insurance Service Agent at Roamly, you'll be a key point of contact for our RV and mobility community, helping customers understand their coverage, answering policy questions, and guiding them through their insurance needs. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and wants to help shape processes as we scale. Your day-to-day work will directly shape the customer experience, and the insights you surface from customer conversations will help inform our product and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

1+ year of P&C insurance experience (broker, captive, or carrier) preferred
Active P&C license required
Adaptable: You thrive on change and enjoy helping shape a growing brand
Organized Multitasker: You manage competing priorities and high-volume work without missing details
Customer-Focused: You bring patience, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, with a strong attention to detail
Tech-Comfortable: Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and emails on billing, payments, renewals, and cancellations
Process incoming policy change requests
Review coverages and issue certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and binders
Retain customers by resolving cancellation objections with effective solutions
Upsell ancillary products (roadside assistance, tire & wheel protection, pet insurance)
Identify cross-sell opportunities and route qualified leads to the sales team
