About The Position

We are a fast-growing financial services organization focused on helping families protect what matters most. The company prioritizes fast pay, low startup costs, and hands-on training, enabling new agents to focus on learning the role and building income from day one. This position is a commission-only based sales role where you will work directly with families to help them understand their financial risks, protect their income and household, and choose coverage that fits their needs and budget. You will receive training to guide conversations, present options clearly, and support clients through the application process. The role involves client outreach, preparation and research, client meetings (virtually or in person), and light administrative tasks. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected, with an expectation for full-time agents to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, the company also offers financial products designed to help individuals plan for retirement or protect existing retirement accounts. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
