About The Position

Alchemy Financial Group is hiring motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. This opportunity is designed for producers interested in developing toward team leadership; initial responsibilities are client-facing sales. Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently.

Requirements

• A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locally are important
• Coachable people who act on feedback
• Self-motivated professionals who can manage a flexible schedule
• Candidates with strong communication and follow-up skills
• People comfortable with commission-based sales and measurable goals
• A state insurance license is required. Licensing requirements and any personal costs are explained before onboarding

Nice To Haves

• Previous insurance experience is not required.
• Experienced sales professionals and career changers are both welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
