About The Position

This role focuses on responding to inbound leads through various communication channels, assessing client needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. The specialist will explain coverage, provide quotes, and assist clients in selecting plans, while also aiming to cross-sell and upsell additional products. Maintaining detailed customer records in a CRM system, meeting sales targets, and staying current with industry trends are key aspects of the position. Collaboration, ongoing training, and prospecting for new clients are also expected.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • P&C state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
