Requirements

3-10 years of demonstrated insurance sales experience; approximately 5-8 years preferred.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license; Life insurance license strongly preferred.
Proven success selling and bundling Home + Auto and developing multi-policy households.
Strong personal accountability and ability to perform effectively in a remote, production-driven environment.
Ability to attend initial onsite training in Kennesaw and periodic required in-person meetings.

Nice To Haves

Life production experience preferred
Commercial production experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated new-business production and closing ability.
Experience generating business through referrals, prospecting, networking and centers of influence - not solely company-provided leads.
Strong CRM, pipeline-management and follow-up discipline.
Ability to sell value rather than compete exclusively on price.
Be prepared to discuss recent production in measurable terms, including new households, Home policies, Auto policies, Home/Auto bundles, new-business premium, quote-to-bind performance, self-generated business, referrals, Life production and Commercial production.
