About The Position

The Gainey Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This position is focused on helping individuals and families evaluate their insurance needs and select coverage that fits their goals. Our representatives work remotely and communicate with prospective clients through phone, virtual meetings, and other approved communication channels. Training and support are provided to help new representatives learn our products, sales process, and systems.

Requirements

• Professional and comfortable communicating with people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and able to manage their schedule
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable using a computer and virtual communication tools
• Customer-service oriented
• Interested in developing a career in sales and financial services
• Reside in the United States
• Legally eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate state insurance license

Nice To Haves

• Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on available life insurance and protection products
• Conduct virtual and phone-based client appointments
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Complete applications accurately and professionally
• Maintain organized records and follow company procedures
• Participate in team training, coaching, and development
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
