About The Position
PIPAC Health & Life Brokerage, a local Cedar Falls agency and proud partner of Integrity Marketing Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families find health and life insurance solutions that fit their needs. Requirements
- Previous sales experience (insurance or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Active Health & Life license OR ability to obtain within 30 days
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and other outreach methods
- Educate clients on health and life insurance options
- Build strong, long-term relationships and provide ongoing support
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Manage and track leads using CRM tools
- Stay up to date on products, regulations, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
