Requirements

Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one—we will assist with licensing fees).
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

Work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employees in your designated territory, offering top-tier supplemental insurance products that provide financial security and peace of mind.
Develop strategies to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Use your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and close sales.
Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and provide exceptional service throughout.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with your services.
