The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated individuals who are coachable, hardworking, and passionate about helping families protect what matters most. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you become successful. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position. Income is based on individual performance, and there is no cap on earning potential. Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to obtain a state insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
