About The Position

Jerry.ai is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join their team. The company has built the first app to manage car insurance shopping, refinancing, safety, and repairs, and has grown to over 5 million customers since launching in 2019. As a Sales Representative, your role is to convert customer interest generated through the mobile or web app into bound policies, matching customers with the right coverage from Jerry's extensive network of carrier partners. This is a remote position that offers flexible scheduling options, including a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passionate about helping others
• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies
• Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
• Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry
• Provide attentive, high energy conversation with customers that show we are actively engaged in finding a policy that best fits each individual's needs
