About The Position
This role involves working with individuals who have already requested quotes or information about life insurance. You will guide them through their options using access to over 60 carrier partners, assist them in choosing a suitable plan, and earn commissions on closed sales. The position does not require cold calling or memorizing scripts, but rather adapting a conversational framework. Training includes the fundamentals of life insurance, practice scenarios, and ongoing mentorship for support.
Requirements
- Living in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Either already holding a Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (the company will guide through the process).
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is not required; the company prefers to train from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients via phone and Zoom who have requested life insurance quotes or information.
- Explain life insurance options to clients using a network of over 60 carrier partners.
- Facilitate client decisions on insurance plans.
- Close sales and earn commissions.
