Compensation Package Draw-Based Model : Compensation is structured on a draw equivalent to 25% of annual production.

  • Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and driven by autonomy and upside potential.
  • Ability to operate effectively with minimal top-down constraints.
  • Strong cultural alignment with a producer-led organization.
  • Open to candidates with non-insurance backgrounds if they demonstrate grit, resilience, and sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new, qualified business through self-directed methods.
  • Build and grow a long-term, high-quality book of business.
  • Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth effectively.
  • Leverage dedicated service teams for client servicing and execution.
  • Strategically reinvest in business development, client engagement, and service excellence.
